Robert Kranendonk is a seasoned real estate investor, educator, and creative professional based in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. As a Full-time Coordinator & Professor of Advertising, Marketing Communications - Creative Design at Loyalist College, Robert brings his wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the classroom, inspiring the next generation of advertising and marketing professionals.

Beyond his academic role, Robert is deeply involved in civic affairs, having served in various leadership positions within the City of Belleville. He has chaired and adjudicated on committees such as the Property Standards Committee, the Committee of Adjustments, the Court of Revisions, and the Fence Viewers, demonstrating his commitment to upholding standards and ensuring fairness within the community.

In addition to his academic and civic responsibilities, Robert is a multifaceted entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Their Estate Holdings Inc., a private mortgage lender, and the CEO & Captain of RedBeard Charters Inc., a private yacht charter company. Through his diverse ventures, Robert combines his business acumen with his passion for real estate and adventure, creating opportunities for himself and others to thrive.

Robert's contributions extend beyond the business world. He has served on the boards of the Quinte Arts Council and the Glanmore National Historic Site, supporting the arts and preserving local heritage. As a nationally recognized signature artist with the Pastel Artists of Canada, Robert has garnered numerous awards and accolades for his artistic talents, both in Canada and the USA.

Robert's journey into real estate began at a young age when he purchased his first rental property at 21 while still in his second year of university. Over the years, he has amassed a diverse portfolio of properties, leveraging his entrepreneurial spirit and financial cleverness to achieve success in the real estate market. During the height of the pandemic, Robert made the strategic decision to sell a large portion of his properties and transitioned into investing in other investors, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience to empower others in their real estate endeavours.
